Dear Helen, Bob, and Donna,
I want to extend my sincere sympathy at Lyle’s passing. Lyle was one of those wonderful people that had a way of making you smile when you met him on the street–because HE always seemed to have a smile on his face. I have fond memories of Lyle from those days of so long ago on Drummond Street; I can almost hear him now, “How ya’ doin’ today, kids?” was how he often greeted us when he was coming home from work and we were playing in the yard together. (We were very fortunate to have your family as neighbors for those years, and the friendship continued after you moved to the west side, thanks to the visits that we made by driving “way across town”.) I know Lyle is going to be missed by you all, but he’s with the Lord now and you have so many wonderful memories of your time with him.
Sincerely,
Phil Buteyn
