Dear Shirley,
It saddened me to learn about your mom’s death, but it also reminded me what a neat person she was. I know we have not seen each other in such a long, long time but I always loved being around your family and considered you one of my best friends. I hope you find peace in the fact that your mom is in a great place now along with your dad. Sincerely, Joanne

My sympathy to the family. When married in 1952, my husband, Ken, and I bowled in the couples league. What fun it was, I still have the picture when I put him in the dog house. I did attend Sensenbrenner reunions for a few years and saw her there. She was a lovely lady with so much energy. Now I no longer drive the busy highways. You were fortunate to have her for so many years.

Our condolences on Verna’s passing. We remember Verna and Ted well as long time members of Our Savior Lutheran Church (WELS) in Sun City, Arizona. What a joy they were to us all. We will never forget all the work Ted did at our church and Verna’s contribution to our choir. We were very sad when Verna could no longer live alone and had to leave Sun City. God’s blessings to all of you.
