Alma E. Klosterman, 86, of Brandon, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Marvin’s Manor in Brandon.




Alma was born May 5, 1928 in Brandon the daughter of Emma and Frank Lawrenz Klosterman. Alma was a life-long member of Emanuel Lutheran Church in Brandon and was baptized on June 3, 1928 and confirmed March 27, 1942. She served as treasurer of the Sunday School for 16 years from 1949-1965 and served on the church council for 3 years. She attended Brandon public schools and graduated from Brandon High School in 1946. Alma enjoyed bowling for many years. She was employed at Admanco Manufacturing in Ripon for 41 ½ years, was a member of the 25 year club, and retired on May 31, 1990.

Alma is survived by four nephews: David, Lawrence, Jeffery and John Klosterman; three nieces: Sharon Laib of Ocala, FL, Peggy Ver Velde (Tom Richards) of Plymouth, and Susan Miller of Unity, WI; twelve great-nieces and nephews; and four step-great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers: Byron, Robert, Walter and Elmer Klosterman; and a sister, Norma Klosterman.





Visitation:


Friends and relatives may call on the family on Saturday at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of service.



Services:


Funeral services for Alma Klosterman will be Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Brandon with Pastor Bob Rosenberg officiating.



Burial:


Burial will follow at Brandon Cemetery.
