Obituary

Amy TollBork, age 37 of rural Juneau, passed away unexpectedly as a result of an automobile accident on Thursday, June 10, 2010 in the Town of Herman, Dodge County.

Amy was born on June 7, 1973 in Hartford, Wisconsin. She graduated from Dodgeland High School in 1991 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from U.W. Oshkosh in 1997. On July 18, 1998, she was united in marriage to Kenneth Bork at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Oak Grove. She worked as a customer service representative for the Department of Motor Vehicles in West Bend. Amy was an animal lover, and she had a special place in her heart for dogs. She enjoyed training search and rescue dogs, being a Dog Leader for Dodge County 4-H, and taking care of dogs that had special needs. She also was proud to show her heritage rabbits at the national level. Amy always put the needs of others ahead of herself, and she will be deeply missed by her family.

Amy is survived by her husband, Kenneth of Juneau; her parents, Larry and Nancy Toll of Beaver Dam; her birth mother, Linda Buhr of Lake Delton; her siblings, Julie Eckert of Baraboo, Lynn (Scott Jones) Cira of Oconomowoc, Angela Fredrickson of Baraboo, Valerie (Jason) LaTendresse of Madison, Daniel (Dawn) Toll of Juneau and Michael Toll of Beaver Dam; her mother and father-in-law, Kathy (Marvin) Fredrick-Schmidt of Juneau; and her grandparents, Marianne Fennema of Beaver Dam, Viola Dickinson of Lake Delton and Helen Fredrick of Beaver Dam. She is further survived by sister and brother-in laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Amy is preceded in death by her birth father, Martin J. Eckert, grandparents and other relatives.

A Memorial Service for Amy will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd, Beaver Dam with Rev. Eileen Kuehnl officiating. Visitation will take place at the funeral home prior to the service beginning at 4:00 p.m. Following the service, a luncheon will be held at the funeral home.
