Annette R. Moore

Annette Ruth Moore, 88, formerly of Waupun, passed away September 15, 2026.

Annette was born January 19, 1938, in Stetsonville, Wisconsin, the daughter of Henry John and Anna Joanna (Feustel) Amacher.

Annette is survived by her five children, Jon (Laurie) Moore , Dr. Paul (Susan) Moore, Len (Shelly) Moore, Melissa (Moore) Flint, and Chad Moore; 10 grandchildren, Ashley (Brian) Diecks, Nick (Brittany) Moore, Rhiannon (Jake) Miller, Jon Moore Jr., Alex Moore, Griffin Moore, Sydney Moore, Henry Moore, Alyssa Moore, and Lilianna Flint; great-grandchildren, Jace Miller, Rylee Miller, and Beckett Diecks and one on the way; two sisters, Melva (Dennis) Saliny and Roberta (Don) Bertucci; nieces, nephews, and those whose lives she touched throughout her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her four brothers, Bud, Ronnie in infancy, Len, and Hap; sister, Toots; and other relatives.
