"Baby Theresa" was found deceased on April 29, 2009 in a wooded area in the Town of Theresa. The name "Baby Theresa" was given to her by members of the Dodge County Sheriff's Department and the Dodge County Medical Examiner's Office in an effort to give her an identity and dignity. The name was chosen because she was found near the Theresa Marsh.

Burial for "Baby Theresa" will be held at the Lowell Cemetery on Monday, May 11, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Timothy Bauer officiating. Members of the community are welcome to attend the committal service and pay their respects and show support for "Baby Theresa".

The Dodge County Sheriff's Department and the Dodge County Medical Examiner's Office would like to thank those members of the community who have generously stepped forward to provide for the funeral services for "Baby Theresa".
