Betty Ann Beil age 82, of Beaver Dam, passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord Jesus on Wednesday, May 9, 2007 at Tower View Villa in Rosendale. She was born Betty Ann Bloedel on July 23, 1924 in Milwaukee. Originally from Milwaukee, Betty owned and operated Tivoli Imports in the Mayfair Mall. Betty was married to Russell Ziege in 1946 and he preceded her in death in 1976. She remarried and lived in St. Petersburg, Florida for many years.

She is survived by her children, Drs. Karen (Robert) Bartelt of Peoria, Illinois and Kristine (Rich) Leaver of Beaver Dam. She was the proud grandmother of Capt. Erik (Natasha) Bartelt, Jill Bartelt (Mark Nelson), Ryan Leaver, Zachary Leaver and Bethany (Matthew) Marquette. Betty was a past resident of Stone Terrace and Charleston House in Beaver Dam and Continental Manor in Randolph. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam.

Funeral Services will be on Monday May 14, 2007 at 6:00p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, Beaver Dam with Rev. Kevin J. Kohnke officiating. Visitation for Betty will be on Monday, May 14, 2007 from 4-6p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services in Beaver Dam. Private burial will take place on Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield where she will lie in rest next to her beloved husband.

The family is greatly indebted to the kindness and assistance from Agnesian Health Care Hospice of Fond du Lac and Tower View Villa in Rosendale. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to either of these organizations. Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services is honored to be serving the family.
