Obituary
Betty J. Crandall of Juneau, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 23, 2013 in Watertown at the home of her niece.
Betty was born to Thomas and Leona (nee Swackhamer) Knipfel in Crystal Lake, IL. She worked as a CNA at Clearview in Juneau for many years. Betty enjoyed shopping, reading and especially loved music and dancing. She enjoyed being around people and if you knew Betty, you knew where you stood in her eyes because she was honest and a "straight-shooter". She will be dearly missed.
Betty is survived by her sister-in-law, Carol Crandall of Watertown; nieces, Shelly Crandall, Rose Borck, Debbie Ziegel and other relatives. She is further survived by many near and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Marvin, two brothers and other relatives.
A Memorial Gathering for Betty will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd., Beaver Dam. Inurnment will take place at Cold Spring Union Cemetery in Whitewater at a later date.
