Beverly Westhuis

Beverly Westhuis, 88, of Waupun, passed away Monday, July 24, 2023 at Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac.

Beverly was born September 23, 1934 in Milwaukee, WI the daughter of Giles and Lorraine Mienzer Hadley. On March 17, 1956 she married Milton Westhuis in Alto, WI. They resided in Alto all their married lives until Milton’s passing in 2003. Beverly worked for National Rivet for 30 years in the inspection department and retired in 1997. She was a member at Alto Reformed Church. Beverly loved to attend the local casino and spend hours on the machine. 

Beverly is survived by her children: Allen (Louise) Westhuis of Hudson and Deb (Dan) Hoekstra of Waupun; grandchildren: Jessica Teachlow, Jody (Matt) Schwersinske, Jackie (Josh) Leveque, Michele (Anthony) Schafer, Michael (Trish) Westhuis, Trisha Westhuis, Tyler (WP Pen Pen) Westhuis, Danielle (John) Mcknight, and John Allen Hoekstra; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and sister-in-law, Sharon Hadley.

Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Milton, in 2003; two sons: Anthony Westhuis and Loren Westhuis; a grandson, Brock Hoekstra; two sisters, Katherine Abfall and LaNora Arndt; three brothers, James Hadley, Giles Bates Jr. “Bud” Hadley, and Lowell Hadley; and two sisters-in-law: Mildred Henken and Carol Vande Berg. 

No services will be held per Beverly’s wishes.
