Byron C. McDonald, age 83 of Beaver Dam, passed away on Thursday, October 18, at Dycora Transitional Health in Beaver Dam.

Visitation for Byron will be held on Friday, October 26, 2018 at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd., Beaver Dam from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Burial will take place at Highland Memory Gardens, town of Trenton.

Byron was born on June 19, 1935. On July 29, 1961, he was united in marriage to Nancy Margelofsky. For almost 30 years, he worked at John Deere and in his free time he enjoyed bowling, fishing, and golfing. He was also an avid Brewers, Packers, and Badgers fan.

Byron is survived by his daughter, Debra Gonzalez of Whitewater; 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and further survived by other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Nancy; siblings, Annette, Doris, and David; great-grandson, Mateo Gonzalez; and other relatives.
