Obituary
Charles was born on July 20, 1930 in Reedsburg, the son of James and Freda (Schluter) Wells. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. On January 20, 1950 he was united in marriage to Kathleen "Kay" R. Lewis in Cassenovia, WI. He worked for the City of Madison Street Department for many years.
Charles is survived by his grandson, Mike (Regina) Slinger of Pardeeville and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; daughter, Beverly (Wells) Slinger; brother, Eugene and other relatives.
A private graveside service will be held at Riverside Memorial Park in Fox Lake.
