Cheryl R. Grams

Cheryl Rose Grams, age 71 of Markesan, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026.

Cheryl was born on March 22, 1955, in Waupun, the daughter of Wendell James and Delores (Schulz) Grams. A hard worker, Cheryl worked as a line worker in the manufacturing industry for many years. She lived in Milwaukee, Appleton, and Neenah area before moving back to Markesan. Cheryl enjoyed gardening and reading, as well as spending time with her beloved cats. She also took pride in volunteering at local humane societies. Above all, she cherished time spent with family at various gatherings and holidays.

She is survived by her cousins, Lynn (Beverly) Whitehouse, Gina (David) Seeliger, Sharon (Vic) Zander, Nancy (Peter) Turck, and Melvin Schulz; step-sisters, Robin Samonte and Ruth Okimura; step-sister-in-law, Terri Mabry; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Linda Grams; her aunt, Erna Whitehouse; step-brother, Rex Weinbander; and other relatives.

A memorial gathering for Cheryl will take place on Friday, April 10, 2026, at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services in Markesan, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 4:00 p.m. Inurnment will follow at Markesan Memorial Cemetery.
