Daniel "Dan" Burke, age 59 of Beaver Dam, passed away surrounded by his family on Sunday, June 9, 2024.

Dan was born on May 18, 1965, the son of Edward and Karen (Love) Burke. He did construction for all his life, working for a few local contractors through the years. He had a passion for building and was dedicated to his work. A people person, Dan loved to talk to others and make small talk, even with people just passing by. He enjoyed attending social gatherings that involved anything fun, adventurous, or included having a couple beers. One of his favorite pastimes was frolfing with his friends and children. Dan loved to make people smile and laugh, even if he got hurt in the process. There are so many stories to cherish that involve these memories with Dan. He made an impact on many and will be greatly missed.

Dan is survived by his wife of 30 years, Pauline Burke; daughter, Marisa Burke (& Alec); son, Dalton Burke; father, Edward Burke; sisters, Sheri (Craig), Teri, and Jennifer (Patrick); and further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was also expecting his first grandchild and was very excited.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Karen; and other relatives.

In honoring Dan's wishes, there will be no services at this time. Look forward to a gathering in the future to share memories and vodka lemonades.

As Dan would say: "There's never one more on Vermont."
