Daniel Brown

Daniel Brown, 57, of Waupun, passed away Monday, September 11, 2023 at Waupun Memorial Hospital. 

Dan was born November 7, 1965 in Waupun, the son of Richard and Dianne McMullin Brown. Dan went to Waupun High School and worked at M&M Foundry as a grinder, but later was employed at Metalcraft of Mayville as an assembler for 26 years. Dan was a member of the Waupun Fire Department for several years which he really had a passion for. 

Dan is survived by his sisters: Kathleen (Mark) Norby, Chantel (Eric) Grimm, and Brenda Cebery; two brothers: Kenneth (Jenny) Brown and Robert Brown; a brother-in-law, Ted Vander Woude; special friend, Barbara Lang; and many nieces and nephews. 

Dan was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Carol Vander Woude. 

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, September 14, 2023 from 5-7 p.m. at Werner Harmsen Event Center.
