David "Dave" A. Cooper, age 62 of Beaver Dam, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at the Beaver Dam Community Hospital.

Dave was born in California on October 11, 1956, the son of Ronald and Mary E. (Karr) Sebulsky. On February 12, 1977 he was united in marriage to Lauren deBrito in California. Dave was a truck driver and in his free time, he enjoyed fishing and NHRA racing.

Dave is survived by his wife, Lauren Sebulsky of Beaver Dam; children, Tamberly (Henry Grebin) Sebulsky of Juneau, Shane Cooper of Poynette, and Cody Cooper of Prairie du Sac; grandchildren, Madison Cox, Makenzie Starr, Camren Cooper, Dauson Cooper; siblings, Debbie Calderon of California, Denise DuFrene of California, Danette Gardner of Missouri, and Tom Coggin of Oregon; and further survived by other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and other relatives

A private family service will be held.
