David A. Kraft, age 67 of Beaver Dam, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at UW-Hospital in Madison.

David was born on October 28, 1949 in Columbus, the son of Lewis and Frances (Bufton) Kraft. He graduated from Columbus High School and proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked at Kirsch Foundry in Beaver Dam for many years and most recently worked at Rechek's Food Pride.

David is survived by his siblings, John (Sue) Kraft of Juneau, Susan (Bernd) Mueller of Lakewood, CO, Karen (Kim) Clemens of Delta, CO and Joseph Kraft of Lakewood, CO; his good friend, Heidi Stegner of Beaver Dam and further survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
