David "Jim" Stockwell

David “Jim” Stockwell, age 75, of Waupun, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at his home.

Jim was born on October 3, 1950, the son of Allen and Rosella (Yohn) Stockwell. Jim worked at DCI for 30 years as Correctional Sgt.

Jim is survived by his children: Tracy (Chris) Higgins, Jim (Kari) Stockwell, Lisa (TJ) Darby, Bill Stockwell, and Gary (Missy) Stockwell; 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; sisters: Rosemary Jackson and Linda Hurst; and further survived by other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia (Rechek) Stockwell; his parents; his son-in-law, Jeremey; sisters: Sandy Bergeron and Marjorie Feely; and other relatives.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at Werner Harmsen Event Center from 10 am-12 noon, with a time of sharing.
