David M. Sadoski, age 38, of Randolph, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 9, 2012.
Dave was born on March 4, 1973 in Randolph to Donald and Eva (nee Plovey) Sadoski. He graduated from Randolph High School in 1991 and later attended Fox Valley Technical College, graduating in 1994. During college he worked part-time as a security guard at Shopko in Beaver Dam. Upon graduation, he worked for six years as a police officer for the City of Columbus. For the past 11 years, Dave worked for the Columbia County Sheriff's Department as a Sheriff's Deputy, where he was active in various groups within the Department. Dave loved to spend time outdoors, especially hunting, whether it be deer, duck, elk or pheasant. He was an avid Packer fan, and he and his sons would watch many Milwaukee Brewer games on television. In his free time, he would spend time splitting wood on the family farm and loved hanging out with his friends. Dave's true passion and love were his children. Whether it was helping coach the various sports they played in, watching Brewer games, or spending time at home, Dave loved them dearly and cherished the time they spent together. He was a loving father, son, brother and friend and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Dave is survived by his children, Tyler Hughes of Fond du Lac, Gabriel, Grady and Becca Sadoski all of Randolph; his parents, Donald (Eva) Sadoski of Randolph; siblings, Douglas Sadoski of Randolph, Deb Sadoski of Beaver Dam, Danelle Sadoski of Alexandria, VA, Diane (Brian) Butterbrodt of Fox Lake, Ben (Cori) Sadoski of Randolph; a niece, Tessa Sadoski and two nephews, Jerad Sadoski and Jackson Sadoski. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and many, many friends.
Dave is preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents along with aunts, uncles and other relatives.
Visitation for David will take place on Monday, February 13, 2012 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd. in Beaver Dam. Visitation will also be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at Cornerstone from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. Father Mike Wild will be officiating, and a luncheon will immediately follow the Funeral at Cornerstone.
