David Scott Smith

David Scott Smith, 58, of West Allis, WI passed away Friday, August 12, 2016.

David was born April 13, 1958 in Waupun, the son of Myron and June Norris Smith. Dave fought a disease for many years and is now finally at peace. No matter what he struggled with he will always be remembered as a kind and caring man who would help anyone, even though he may have needed the help more.

David is survived by two daughters: Kathryn (Drew) Stalnaker of Pueblo West, CO and Abbey Smith of Fond du Lac; a son, Jesse Smith of Fond du Lac; and their mother, Merri Zurbuchen Smith of Fond du Lac; a sister, Cindi (Wayne) TeBeest of Tomahawk; two brothers: Jim (Winnie) Smith of Waupun and Syd (Ellen) Smith of Apache Junction, AZ; along with nieces, nephews, and many other loving relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Myron and June Norris Smith; and a niece, Erica Zurbuchen.


Private family services will be held.
