Elizabeth "Betty" Marie Miller, age 58 of Markesan, passed away surrounded by family on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at UW-Hospital in Madison.

A memorial gathering for Betty will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, W3377 Main St., Manchester from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Michael Plagenz officiating. Please practice social distancing. Seating in the church sanctuary for the service will be limited to 50 people.

"Little Betty" was born on January 29, 1962, the daughter of Richard "Dick" and Elizabeth "Big Betty" (Przybylski) Walburg. On June 15, 1985, she was united in marriage to her husband, Douglas Edward Miller at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Manchester. She worked for Beaver Dam Community Hospital as a medical transcriptionist for over 20 years and also enjoyed driving for the Amish community. In her free time, Betty could be found gardening, canning, and spending time in the kitchen. Time spent with her children and grandchildren was something Betty treasured, and she loved sewing and crocheting for them. Betty enjoyed helping others, especially with her natural treatments. She truly loved animals as well, especially dogs.

Betty is survived by her husband, Douglas Miller of Markesan; children, Ashley Miller of Horicon, Amber (Josh) Yahnke of Pardeeville, and Brittany Miller of Markesan; grandchildren, Olivia, Aleah, Alyssa, Jayden, and Roman; father, Richard Walburg of Dalton; sisters, Vicki (Jeremy) Roska and Crissy Walburg; uncle, John (Brenda) VanHoosen of Baraboo; and further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth; and other relatives.
