Eloise "Lois" Galow, age 85 of Fox Lake and formerly of Town of Mackford, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 3, 2017 at home.

Eloise was a faithful member of St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church in Markesan, where she was previously baptized, confirmed and married. On Saturday, April 8, 2017 a funeral service for Eloise will be held at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church, 65 W. Catherine St., Markesan at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Jason Jobs will officiate. Burial will take place at Mackford Union Cemetery, Town of Mackford.

Visitation will be held prior to the funeral service at church on Saturday, beginning at 12:00 p.m. (noon).

Eloise was born on July 4, 1931 on her family's farm, the daughter of Frank and Ella (Grahn) Dallman. She was baptized and confirmed at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church in Markesan. She graduated from Markesan High School in 1949. On September 2, 1951, she was united in marriage to Earl Galow at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church in Markesan. Eloise spent her whole life on the family farm and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed playing bingo and taking an occasional trip to the casino. In her earlier years, she enjoyed being active with the Lonely Cedar Homemakers Club.

Eloise is survived by her children, Carol Nagler of Beaver Dam, Randy (Cindy) Galow of Berlin and Lori (Steve) Minch of Ripon; 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; siblings, Elden Dallman, Donald (Pat) Dallman, Russell (Bev) Dallman and Donna Ponto, all of Markesan; and further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl; daughter, Linda; sisters-in-law, Gladys Dallman and Norma (Art) Maas; brother-in-law, Eldon Ponto and other relatives.
