Eric D. Grams

Eric Douglas Grams, age 39, went to heaven to be with his “Je-Just” on September 8, 2026. 

Eric was born on April 25, 1987, the son of Doug and Jody Grams. He always had a smile on his face, no matter how difficult the battle was. Even at the end, Eric wore a smile of peace, knowing he was with God. A special young man with a very happy heart, he truly loved everyone. He appreciated the simple things in life: being outside, going for a car or golf cart ride, big dogs, and twist cones.

Eric is survived by his parents, Doug and Jody; his brother, Travis; his grandparents, Melvin and Betty Leedle; aunts and uncles; cousins; extended family members; friends; and neighbors.

The family is deeply grateful to the many doctors and nurses who provided care throughout Eric’s life. Special appreciation goes to all the home care nurses who showed extraordinary kindness and care.

Visitation for Eric will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at St. John Lutheran Church in Markesan from  9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. Jason Jobs officiating. Burial will take place at Markesan Memorial Cemetery.
