Faye M. Evans, age 76 of Markesan, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Randolph Health Services.

Visitation for Faye will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 181 S. Main St., Markesan from 12:00 p.m. (noon) until 1:00 p.m. Following the visitation, burial will take place at Markesan Memorial Cemetery.

Faye was born on August 7, 1941 in Milwaukee, the daughter of Henry and Millicent Teska. She was united in marriage to Donald Evans on May 6, 1961 at Zion Lutheran Church in Fairwater. In her earlier years, she enjoyed bowling and taking gambling day trips.

Faye is survived by her daughters, Justine (Jon) Abendroth of Markesan and Misty (Ken) DeMaa of Fox Lake; grandchildren, Donovan Abendroth, Jayden Abendroth, Meriah Abendroth and Blake Haines; sister, Gail Fink of Markesan; nephew, Shawn (Sandy) Teska; niece, Shannon Teska; other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald in 1999; nephew, Damian Evans and other relatives.
