Frank H. Kuiper, age 73 of Beaver Dam, passed away at home on Tuesday, April 17, 2018.
Frank was born on July 12, 1944 in Waupun, the son of Clarence and Winifred (Kuik) Kuiper. He is survived by his daughters, Renee (Craig) Schmidt and Kari Kuiper (Jeremy Rennie); grandchildren; mother, Winifred Kuiper; siblings, Dan (Cathy) Kuiper, Mark (Daphne) Kuiper and Alane Wardell; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father.
A private family gathering will be held.
