Obituary

George A. Pawlak, age 82 of Beaver Dam, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at the Golden Living Center in Beaver Dam.

George was born on April 23, 1930 to Mike and Pearl (nee Cleczewski) Pawlak in Chicago, IL. He lived in Chicago for 64 years of his life where he enlisted in the United States Air Force and proudly served his country working at the Pentagon. While in Chicago, he met Marion Rymarz. On November 13, 1982, they would marry in Chicago, IL. When he was 64 he moved to Beaver Dam with Marion where he would spend the rest of his days.

George is survived by his loving wife, Marion; nieces, Joanne Palesh of Chicago, Louise Palesh of Stevens Point, Linda Palesh of Chicago; and nephews, Michael Palesh of Chicago, Chris Evans of Michigan and Greg Rymarz of Maryland.

A Memorial Service to celebrate George's life will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 11:00 A.M., at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd. in Beaver Dam with Fr. Mike Wild officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:30 A.M. at Cornerstone.
