George Silas Shepherd, age 69, of Beaver Dam, passed away Tuesday evening, April 16, 2013
peacefully in his home.

George was born in Milwaukee in 1943 and relocated to the Beaver Dam area
in the 1970s. He owned and operated a painting business, George
Shepherd's Painting, in the Dodge County area for nearly 40 years. His
great joy in life was visiting the country of Jamaica with friends and
family.

George is survived by his wife, Lorie Shepherd; five siblings; and
three stepsons, Dennis of Sydney, Australia; Andrew of Washington, DC;
and Joseph of Beaver Dam. He is also survived by two grandchildren,
Chloe and Chase.

A Memorial Service for George will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 135 Keller Blvd. in Beaver Dam. Visitation will also take place on Tuesday at Cornerstone from 4:00 p.m. until the time of Service.
