Obituary

Gerald "Wolfie" E. Wolfgram, age 74 of Beaver Dam, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018.

Jerry was born in Neenah, WI on February 17, to James and Mayme (Mielke) Miller. At about the age of eight, he and his younger brother and sister were adopted by Edwin and Ena Wolfgram of Burnett. He graduated from Horicon High School and joined the United States Marines Reserves. He was united in marriage to Mary Schmid. In 1968, Jerry joined Dodge County as a deputy sheriff, retiring in 1998. Jerry had an interest in old cars and wooden boats, owning and selling many over the years. He was also an avid fisherman, spending his last fishing trip in Minnesota with his fishing buddies Cliff Olsen and Wally Henricksen before becoming ill.

Jerry is survived by Nora Steiner and her family; his daughters, Debbie (Chuck) Hyke of Muskego and Diane (John) Biel of Beaver Dam; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jim, Donnie, David, Richard, Russ; sisters, Millie, Marlene, Beverly; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Bob and sister, Jean.

Honoring Jerry's request, there will be no funeral service. If desired, memorial donations in Jerry's name may be directed to the charity of one's choice.
