Gladys M. Neuberger went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, December 1, 2007.
Gladys was born May 14, 1929, in the Town of Lowell, to Leonard and Martha (Behl) Fehling. She was united in marriage to Eugene R. Neuberger on June 1, 1946. Their marriage was blessed with six children. Gladys devoted her life to her children and grandchildren. She worked for many years at Hillside Hospital, retiring in 1993. Before getting around became difficult for her, she enjoyed traveling, especially visiting her daughter Suzette in Hawaii, visiting her daughters Jenny and Chris, or vacationing with her daughter Annette. Gladys was a member of First Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam.
Gladys is survived by her son David (Susan), Beaver Dam; daughters Suzette Renwick (Dr. Rick), La Crosse, Jeanette Lange (Randy), Sun Prairie, Christine Kirchberg (LeRoy), Fall River, Michelle, Beaver Dam, and Annette Ringdahl (Dr. David) Middleton. Grandchildren Mark (Lori), Stephanie (Bob), Beth (Matt), Erika, Katie (Luke), Danielle, Josh (Kim), Alyson, Rachel, and Nicole. Great-grandchild Jordan. Sister-in-laws Mabel Klentz, Elizabeth Neuberger, and Mary Fehling.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1967, sister Mae Neuberger, and brothers Walter, Herbert, and Bill.
A Celebration of Gladys' Life will be held on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2007 at One o'clock p.m. at First Ev. Lutheran Church in Beaver Dam with Rev. Mark Jensen officiating. Visitation will also be on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2007 at the Church from Eleven o'clock a.m. until the time of Service at One o'clock p.m.
Private family graveside services will be held.
