Guy Herreman, age 43 of Beaver Dam, passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2016.

Visitation for Guy will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd., Beaver Dam. Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery, Beaver Dam.

Guy was born on November 10, 1972 in Beaver Dam to Robert and Loretta (York) Herreman Sr. He is survived by his children, Mariah (Jesse Schultz), Cierah, Jacob and Elijah; his grandchildren, Kali and Jakob; his mother, Loretta (Fred) Deibert of Juneau; his brothers, Robert Jr. (Amanda) and Jason (Nicole); other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father in 1989; maternal and paternal grandparents, Guy (Hazel) York and Earl (Bea) Herreman; and his uncles, David and Carl.
