IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jamie A.
Stroede
July 9, 1982 – June 16, 2023
Jamie Ann Stroede passed into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 16, 2023, at the age of 40.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Cornerstone Funeral and Cremation Services at 135 Keller Blvd, Beaver Dam, WI, 53916. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will take place at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Horicon, Wisconsin. A luncheon will follow.
She was born on July 9, 1982, to Kenneth and Susan (Ausloos) Stroede in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. She graduated from Madison Baptist School in 2000 and Madison Area Technical College in 2012 with an Associate Degree in Nursing.
Jamie enjoyed fishing, camping, going to the movies, and doing a wide variety of fun outings with her children. She had a wonderful sense of humor with a loud infectious laugh that lit up her whole face. When Jamie was a young girl, she accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior and would have wanted all to know of the free gift of salvation and the hope of eternal life that comes with it. She relied on the promise of John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
Jamie will be missed by so many, but we rest on the knowledge that Jamie is in a place so much better than anything this world has to offer. "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are passed away." Revelation 21:4.
Preceding her in death, were her paternal grandparents: Donald and Julia Stroede; maternal grandparents: Leonard and Norma Ausloos; aunt: Debra Morris; and cousin: Chad Gross.
She is survived by her three precious children: Liliana Gill, Hannah Gill, and Alan Gill III of Sun Prairie; parents: Kenneth and Susan Stroede of Beaver Dam; sister: Sarah (Rob) Johnson of Milwaukee; brother: Shane Stroede of Chicago; nephew and niece: Jonah Johnson and Norah Johnson of Milwaukee; aunts and uncles: Judy Rogind of Michigan, Jeff Ausloos of Chilton, Nancy (Steve) Ausloos of Green Lake, Gary (Marge) Ausloos of Plymouth, Lisa (Steve) Gross of Elkhart Lake, Mary Jane (Kim) Knepfel of Oshkosh, Patrick Ausloos of Sheboygan, Peter (Jen) Ausloos of Mequon, Paul (Jamie) Ausloos of Crandon, Robert (Julie) Stroede of Fond du Lac, Roger Stroede, David Stroede, William (Faith) Stroede of Mayville; and many cousins, other relatives, and friends.
