Janice M. Wild, age 57 of Beaver Dam, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2015 at Golden Living Center in Beaver Dam.

Jan was born on December 16, 1958 in Beaver Dam, the daughter of Marvin and Frances (Seibel) Alderden Sr. She graduated from Beaver Dam High School in 1976. On November 20, 1976, she was united in marriage to Craig Wild in Beaver Dam. Jan provided childcare services for many children before working as a hostess at Walker's Restaurant, as well as a secretary at Choice Insurance Agency, previously R.J. Meier Insurance Agency.

Jan treasured all of the time she spent with her children, and also enjoyed camping, bowling and doing needlepoint. She loved playing cards, Yahtzee and especially Trouble with the grandkids. Jan was a member of the former local MS support group and the WI Chapter - National MS Society; despite the struggles she faced, Jan never let her spirit die and was always witty even up until the very end.

Jan is survived by her husband, Craig of Beaver Dam; her children, Eric (Lindsay) Wild of Fitchburg, Stacy (Chris) Nelson of Waukesha and Krista (Tom Menefee) Wild of Beaver Dam; her grandchildren, Dylan, Alexys, Trinity, Logan and Cameron; her sister, Patricia Umland of Beaver Dam; her brothers, Marvin Alderden Jr. of Burnett and Timothy (Connie) Alderden of Beaver Dam; mother-in-law, Marjorie Wild; and further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, father-in-law, Gib Wild and other relatives.
