Jared Harley Frakes, age 23 of Beaver Dam, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 2, 2019.

A memorial gathering for Jared will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd., Beaver Dam.

Jared was born in Galesburg, IL, on June 9, 1995, the son of Gary and Theresa (Sugden) Frakes. He graduated from Beaver Dam High School in 2014 and worked at Centro Inc. in Horicon, where he made many friends. Jared was very sociable and fun-loving, enjoyed fishing and was proud of his Dodge Neon. He loved his son, Jordan, and his dog, Mercedes.

Jared is survived by his mother, Theresa "Terry" Frakes of Beaver Dam; son, Jordan Lara-Frakes of Beaver Dam; girlfriend, Cindy Lara-Esparza of Beaver Dam; maternal grandmother, Rita (Dave) Kleindl of Beaver Dam; and further survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gary; grandparents; and other relatives.
