Jeffrey "Jeff" A. Smith, age 63 of Beaver Dam, passed away on Monday, November 23, 2020 at UW-Hospital in Madison.

Jeff was born on December 11, 1956 in Madison. On February 24, 1993 he was united in marriage to his wife Corrine Bleifuss. He loved playing the drums; if you hear drums, you know it is Jeff playing.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Corrine Smith of Beaver Dam; nephews, Chris and Ryan Smith; sister-in-law, Kathy (Gary) Tonn; foster family, Kent Whalberg and his family; and further survived by other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and other relatives.

In honoring his wishes, private family services for Jeff will be held.
