Obituary
Jerry P. Daley, age 76 of Beaver Dam, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 24, 2011 at his home.
Jerry was born on January 16, 1935 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Edward and Helen (nee Bachorski) Daley. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Jerry was an intelligent man and enjoyed owning and operating The Bridge Bar on Beaver Dam Lake since 1998. He enjoyed playing golf in his earlier years, but never lost his love of fishing. Jerry stayed true to his Chicago roots and was an avid Chicago Bears fan. He was a member of the VFW, America Legion Post 521, and the National Rifle Association.
Jerry is survived by his three sons, Steven Daley of Bartlett, IL, Greg Daley of Rolling Meadows, IL and Todd Daley of Beloit, WI; his grandchildren, Dan, Brian, Stephanie and Kyle Daley, along with one more due in March; and one sister-in-law, Helen Daley of Texas. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jack Daley.
In honoring Jerry's wishes, private family services will be held.
