JoAnne was born in Randolph, Wisconsin into the family of Peter and Jeanette Vander Meulen on April 26, 1935, the fourth daughter of seven.  Her siblings were: Wilda (Rudy), Teddy (Ken), Eve (Garret), Dottie (Russ/Ron), Annette (Doug), and Ruth (Roger).

She married Henry on September 18, 1953. She was the sister-in-law to: Sid (Louise), Hankie (Bill), Bill (Sally), Gloria (Ed) and Jim (Judie ).  They celebrated 67 years of marriage this year.

JoAnne was the mother and mother-in-law of Cindy (Dave), Mark (Dawn) and Kevin (Kathy).

As a grandmother and great grandmother, she enjoyed watching all them growing up.

Each of us that were a part of JoAnne's life have memories of who she was and the things she loved.

On Friday, November 6, 2020, JoAnne's earthly life ended.  She is now whole and rejoicing with Jesus   No more struggles or pain, but in the love of God.

A private family memorial service for JoAnne was held.
