John Harold Merrill, son of Jake and Victoria (Vierig) Merrill, gained his angel wings on Monday, January 22, 2018.

John will watch over his parents and sister, Josilynn Merrill of Beaver Dam; maternal grandmother, Terry Vierig (Jim "Snake" Motola) of Glidden; paternal grandmother, Mary Merrill of Beaver Dam; aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. He was greeted in heaven by his grandfathers, Glen Vierig and John Merrill.

A private family gathering was held and John was laid to rest next to his uncles, James and David Merrill, at Oakwood Cemetery, Beaver Dam.
