John J. Nairns III, age 77 of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Rainbow Hospice Care in Johnson Creek.

A memorial gathering for John will take place at Crosswalk Community Church, 333 Beichl Ave #1, Beaver Dam, on Friday, June 20, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Randy Schaub officiating. A luncheon will follow the service at church.

John was born on July 1, 1947, in Philadelphia, PA the son of Edith (Lentz) and John J. Nairns II. John proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. After his service John became a truck driver until his retirement. John loved and was cherished by his beloved wife, Hollie (Rodefer) Nairns and his faithful dogs, Big Willie and Bella.

John is survived by his wife, Hollie Nairns; children, Joy Mikolajczak and John Mikolajczak; brothers-in-law, Dennis (Sue) Rodefer and Duwayne Rodefer; sisters-in-law, Cheryl Bruesewitz, Lana Raffensperger, Carla Schrum, Tammy Rodefer, and JoAnn (Randy) Blake; and further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

John was preceded in death by his parents; in-laws, Carl and Nola Rodefer; son, Joel Mikolajczak; brothers-in-law, John Raffensperger, Glenn Rodefer, Mark Rodefer, and Mike Rodefer; and other relatives.
