Obituary

Jon R. Curro, age 57 of Beaver Dam, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at Beaver Dam Community Hospital.

Jon's love for his family and friends was as huge as his heart. Jon loved to reminisce and share stories with everyone he met. You knew he was fond of you if he was teasing you or giving you a hard time, while wearing that signature smirk on his face, the same one he took with him. Jon touched so many people in so many ways. He was a man with a lot of character. Even though his exterior was rough and gruff, he truly had a heart of gold. He will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Jon is survived by his loving wife, Angela of Beaver Dam; his children, Antonio (Lesley) Curro of Milwaukee, Alexandra (Brian) Hartl of Beaver Dam, and Arianna (Kevin Hall) Curro of Beaver Dam; his siblings, Richard Curro, Cynthia Curro-Walz, and Paulette (Mike Pendergast) Curro, all of Milwaukee; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Brhianna, Matthew, and Gabriella; and his brother-in-law, Steven (Jane) Stathas of Dallas, TX. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew & Lois Curro; his mother and father in law, Stephanie and John Stathas; his sister, Sandy Maidl; his brother-in-law, Dean Stathas; and other relatives.
