Obituary

Jordan "Miner" M. Berghammer, age 26 of Fond du Lac and formerly of Markesan, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 5, 2017.

Visitation for Jordan will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 181 S. Main St., Markesan from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Gary Zacharias officiating. Burial will take place at Proscarian (Manchester #2) Cemetery, town of Manchester.

Jordan was born on July 13, 1991 in Waupun, the son of Randall and Julie (Jilderda) Berghammer. He graduated from Markesan High School in 2009 and worked as a motorcycle mechanic for Open Road Harley Davidson in Fond du Lac. During his youth, he was active in 4H and volunteered at the Senior Center. He loved riding motorcycles, attending concerts and deer hunting.

Jordan is survived by his parents, Randy and Julie Berghammer of Markesan; brother, James Berghammer of Selah, WA; grandmother, Margo Jilderda of Ohio, IL; uncle, Jeff (Kay) Jilderda and cousin, Tiffany of Ohio, IL; special friend, Beth; and further survived by great aunts and uncles, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Justin; paternal grandparents; and maternal grandfather, Miner Jilderda.
