Joyce Linda Snuggs, age 87 of Kingston, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 30, 2017 at home.

Joyce was born on September 24, 1929 in Oconomowoc, the daughter of Herman and Linda (Fritsch) Bilau. She was baptized and confirmed at St. John's Lutheran Church at Golden Lake. She attended Dousman State Graded School and graduated from Oconomowoc High School. She went on to Spencerian Business College in Milwaukee and then worked various clerical positions throughout the area. She was united in marriage to Robert "Bob" Snuggs on December 6, 1952 at North Trinity Lutheran Church. Upon Bob's retirement, they relocated to the Kingston area. Joyce enjoyed traveling and playing cards, especially sheepshead. She was an avid reader and spent her free time knitting and crocheting.

Joyce is survived by her children, Susan (Larri) Konkel of Kingston and John (Debbie) Snuggs of West Bend; special grandson, Chad Snuggs of Kingston; other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and other relatives.

A celebration of Joyce's life will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the George Thompson American Legion Post, Kingston beginning at 11:00 a.m.
