Judith K. DeMars age 72 of Beaver Dam, passed away peacefully on Saturday September 15, 2012 at her home surrounded by her family.

Judith was born on May 24, 1940 in Manistique, Michigan to Wesley and Eleanore (nee Fox) Parrish. On August 15, 1962 she married James DeMars in Cooks, Michigan and would later give birth to her four beautiful children.

Judy is survived by her loving spouse of 50 years, James; children, Cheryl Dorzok, Tammy Parrish, Jimmy (Tammy) DeMars, Rodney DeMars; grandchildren, Chris Parrish, Rachel Wiedmeyer, AJ Breger; and great-grandchildren, Dustin Parrish, Daisy Parrish, and Brenden Muchka. She is further survived by her siblings, Robert (Sheila) Parrish, Patty (Joe) Joseph, Tom (Jeannie) Parrish, Vicki (Richard) Fox, Peggy Mercier, Rick Parrish, Mary LaVigne, Kathy (Blake) Smith, Priscilla (Paul) Brenner, Randy (Glenda) Parrish, Wanda (David) Rodgers, and Polly (Paul) Nedeau.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Earl Parrish and Michael Parrish.

A celebration of Judy's life will take place on September 29, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Inwood Township Hall in Cooks, Michigan. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
