Judith M. George, age 82 of Beaver Dam, passed away at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison on Saturday, October 21, 2023.

Judy was born in Beaver Dam on December 27, 1940, the daughter of Harold and Ardis (Little) Fowler. She was united in marriage to Richard J. George, Sr., on September 5, 1959. She worked at Nancy's Notions, retiring after 16 years in customer service.

Judy is survived by her five children, Beth "Betsy" George of Beaver Dam, Patty (Jerry) Linde of Beaver Dam, Richard "Bucky" (Cheryl) George, Jr., of Parker, CO, Robert George of Lancaster, CA, Tom George of Beaver Dam; daughter-in-law, Penny Minnig of Beaver Dam; grandchildren, Tony (Kelly Sharkey) Linde, Maxwell (Haley) George, Katie George, Ella (Bradley Warmka) George, and Leo George; great-grandson, Kasen Warmka; and further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bud Fowler; sister, Jeanne Rochwite; nephew, Steven Rochwite; and other relatives.

Inurnment for Judy will take place at Oakwood Cemetery at a later date.
