Junior Stelsel

Junior Stelsel, age 92 of Waupun, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2026.

Junior was born March 21, 1934 in the town of Alto, the son of Gerrit and Maggie Broadway Stelsel. On July 12, 1966 he married Dolores “Lolly” Wollenburg, and the couple resided in the Waupun all their married lives. Junior worked at Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac for 32 years. He and Lolly were avid snowmobilers and enjoyed camping. Junior was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waupun.

Junior is survived by his daughter, Linda (Bill) Walker of Waupun; two grandsons, Bill (Jill) Walker and Dan Walker of Waupun; and five great-grandchildren, Xander, Griffon, Ruby, Max, and Stella; and further survived by other relatives and friends.

Junior was preceded in death by his wife, Lolly; brother, Milan (Ardell) Stelsel; sister, Ruth (Chet) Vande Berg; and other relatives.

Visitation for Junior will take place on Monday, June 22, 2026 at Werner Harmsen Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m.
