Obituary
Kathleen M. Kirchberg, age 62 of Milwaukee, passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at AngelsGrace Hospice in Oconomowoc.
Kathleen was born on August 30, 1948 in Beaver Dam to Herbert and Ruth (nee Sauer) Kirchberg. She graduated from Fall River High School and lived most of her adult life in Milwaukee. For many years, Kathleen worked at the First Wisconsin Bank, and later Associated Bank, in Milwaukee. She enjoyed traveling, watching the Brewers, using her computer, and attending many of the festivals in Milwaukee. Kathleen was a member of Divine Peace Ev. Lutheran Church in Milwaukee.
Kathleen is survived by her mother, Ruth Kirchberg of Beaver Dam, and her siblings, Patsy Ebert of Randolph, John Kirchberg of Beaver Dam, Bonnie Kirchberg of Beaver Dam, Kenneth (Jean) Kirchberg of Beaver Dam, Ann (Steve) Huebner of Columbus, Jody (Connie) Kirchberg of California, and Lola (Dave) Toellner of Beaver Dam. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Kathleen was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Kirchberg; her step-father, Sylvester Wallintin; her sister, Elaine Kirchberg and her brother, Melvin Kirchberg.
A Funeral Service for Kathleen will be held on Sunday, August 14, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd. in Beaver Dam with Rev. Philip Heyer officiating. Visitation will take place at the funeral home prior to the service, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Burial will take place at Bethany Cemetery, Town of Calamus, with a luncheon to follow back at the funeral home.
