IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Kathleen S.
Grow
April 28, 1962 – March 31, 2024
Kathleen "Kathy" S. Grow, age 61, of Beaver Dam, passed away on March 31,2024 after a valiant battle with an aggressive form of Parkinson's disease. Kathy was a beacon of light and joy to those who knew her, and her absence will be deeply felt by many.
Remembrance services will be held at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd., Beaver Dam on April 19, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
A loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Kathy's pride and joy was her family. She celebrated the accomplishments of her children, the athleticism of her grandsons, and recently welcoming her granddaughter to the family. She especially enjoyed the excitement of watching her grandsons' wrestling tournaments. Kathy was very active and social in nature. She found great pleasure in her workouts, her time spent with friends, and her visits to the YMCA, senior center, and Malibu Tan & Spa.
Kathy's sense of humor was infectious, and her laughter was a gift that she shared generously. She had a knack for reminiscing about the good times, bringing smiles to the faces of those around her. An avid football fan, Kathy proudly supported her favorite player, Tom Brady, by donning his jersey during games even after he retired. Her love for music was exemplified by her admiration for Axel Rose, whose songs no doubt provided a soundtrack to many cherished memories.
Kathy is survived by her loving children, Jesse (Kristine) Grow and Skyler (Korey) Rathkamp; her cherished grandchildren, Mason Grow, Landen Grow, and Macie Rathkamp; her sisters, Ginny (Tom) King, Alison Sadowski, and Sheila Grow; her uncle, Phillip Seippel; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Susan Grow, and her grandmother, Mary Ann Seippel.
As we say goodbye to Kathy, we celebrate the love she brought into our lives and the laughter she leaves behind. Her smart and diligent spirit will remain a guiding force for all who were fortunate enough to know her and her legacy of warmth, kindness, and humor will continue to inspire us all.
The family would like to thank the staff at Hillside Manor for their care.
