Kaysha Ann Zomer, age 34, of Beaver Dam, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, ^, 2023.

A memorial gathering will take place on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd., Beaver Dam from 2:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Kaysha was born September 3 ^rd , 1988 at Waupun Memorial Hospital. She grew up as a young child in Randolph, WI, and then later moved to Beaver Dam, where she graduated from Beaver Dam High School in 2007. She had been an Aquatic Director, as well as a pet caretaker. Kaysha was an incredibly caring soul, and was always supporting of the people in her life. She had a fierce love of animals; she understood them, and they understood her. Kaysha also had a knack for making beautiful, unique crafts. She was proud to celebrate over 4 years of sobriety.

Kaysha will be dearly missed by her parents, Tom and Alice Buderer; her brother and sister-in-law, Cale and Stephanie Zomer; Stepbrother, Kevin (Lindsey) Buderer; Stepsister, Jasmine (Matt) Snider; her nieces, Ari, Emmie, and Brynlynn; her two cats, Hobbes and Birdie; special aunt, Ellie Vander Galien; her grandmother, Marlene Zomer; step-grandfather, Dave Buderer; several beloved aunts and uncles, cousins, caretakers, her AA family, and many other relatives and friends.

Kaysha was preceded in death by grandparents, Clarence Zomer, and Melvin and Ann Vander Galien; an uncle, Wendell Vander Galien; and step-grandmother, Barb Buderer.

The family would like to thank the team at Community Living Connections, especially Bobbie, Kayla, and Pam, for their compassion and care for Kaysha.

If desired, memorials may be made in Kaysha's name to the Dodge County Humane Society.
