Kent "Ken" Mortensen, age 78 of Beaver Dam, went home to the loving arms of the Lord on Saturday, October 26, 2024.

Kent was born on October 3,1946 in Copenhagen, Denmark. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam war. He enjoyed golfing, camping, attending car shows, and driving semi for Caine Transfer.

Kent is survived by his significant other, Diane Carr; his stepchildren, Kelly (John) Kazmarek, David (Audrey) Gallenbeck, and Brian Gallenbeck; grandson, Nathaniel Gallenbeck; and further survived by other relatives and friends.

The family wants to extend a special thank you to Hillside Hospice and Brenda Desjarlais for their loving care of Kent.
