LaMoyne Bernard Stofflet, age 81 of Beaver Dam, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at Hillside Manor in Beaver Dam.

A memorial gathering for LaMoyne will take place on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation, 135 Keller Blvd., Beaver Dam from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will take place at Highland Memory Gardens, town of Trenton. A luncheon at the funeral home will follow.

LaMoyne was born in Columbus on June 17, 1943, the son of Bernard and Bernardean (Biel) Stofflet. He attended Randolph schools before beginning his career at John Deere, where he worked for 37 years. He also hauled milk for John Ganske, Ron Stofflet, and Melvin Indermuhle. He was united in marriage to Odessa Steiner in 1963 and together, they had 4 children. LaMoyne enjoyed his Corvette, loved hunting, woodworking and looked forward to going to his cottage up north. He loved being by the lake, especially when his children and grandchildren were there with him. Many Christmas and Easter holidays were spent up north. His friends and family will also miss LaMoyne's great sense of humor.

LaMoyne is survived by his wife, Odessa; children, Mark Stofflet of Beaver Dam, Troy (Dana Raue) Stofflet of Beaver Dam, and Michelle (Jeff) Feucht of Appleton; 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Crystal Wiersma; brother, Steve (Hazel) Stofflet; brother-in-law, Larry (Sue) Steiner; sister-in-law, Sharon Helsinger; and further survived by other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Monica; mother-in-law; brothers-in-law, Ellis Steiner, Charles Helsinger, Dave Neuman, and Larry Wiersma; sister-in-law, Maryann Steiner; grandparents; nephews; and other relatives.
