Obituary
Lois Muetze, age 82 of Markesan, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 9, 2014.
Lois was born on September 17, 1931 in Viroqua, WI to Kenneth and Vera (nee Paulsen) Robinson. She was united in marriage to Paul Muetze on August 26, 1950 and he preceded her in death on July 4, 1991. Lois was a member of many veteran organizations, including Military Order of the Purple Heart Auxulliary, Disabled Veterans Auxillary, American Legion Auxillary in McAllen, TX, as well as the Does of Elks Club in McAllen, TX. She also enjoyed bowling and participating in tournaments.
Lois is survived by her special loving companion since 1993, Nathan Fenske of Markesan, a son Kenneth of Souix Falls, SD, two daughters, Kathy (Jean Pegnotti) Strickland of Kenosha, Peggy Di Nardo of Clearwater, FL, 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, an aunt and many cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Paul, a son Terry, one brother and one great-grandson.
In honoring her wishes, no formal services will be held.
