Lola Kay Toellner, 63, of Beaver Dam passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at UW Hospital.

A celebration of Lola's life will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 12:00 pm (noon) at Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 135 Keller Blvd., Beaver Dam. Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery in the town of Calamus .

Lola was the youngest of ten children born to Herbert and Ruth (Sauer) Kirchberg on November 27, 1959. She enjoyed growing up on her family's farm. Lola was a graduate of Fall River High School and attended Moraine Park in Fond du Lac where she graduated with a Cosmetology degree. She helped her clients feel amazing for many years during which time she worked at Spurgeon's, A Cut Above and The Best Little Hair House. Lola was united in marriage with the love of her life, Dave on June 29, 1985. Together they lived in their country home where they raised their two beautiful girls, Hanna and Angie.

Lola enjoyed spending time with her family and grandkids, planting plants in her many gardens, camping, shopping, walking and traveling with her family and sister Ann. She decorated the house for every holiday and ensured every family tradition was upheld especially baking Grandma Ruth's cookies with all the grandkids around the holidays.

Lola is survived by her beloved husband, Dave; her daughters, Hanna (Cody) Jones of Stoughton and Angie Toellner (Jaycen Abegglen) of Beaver Dam; her siblings, John Kirchberg, Bonnie Kirchberg and Kenneth Kirchberg of Beaver Dam, Ann (Steve) Huebner of Arlington and Jody (Connie) Kirchberg of Fresno, CA; and her treasured grandchildren, Cameron, Parker, Aubrey, Hudson, Raiden, Scarlett and Madden. Lola is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Lola was welcomed in the hands of the Lord along with her parents, Herbert and Ruth Kirchberg; and her siblings, Elaine Kirchberg, Patsy Ebert, Kathleen Kirchberg and Melvin Kirchberg.

The family would like to offer a heartfelt, "Thank you" to the Dr. Michael Fontiera, Dr. Sean Ronnekliefv-Kelly; the oncology teams at Prairie Ridge and UW Hospitals; Dr. Michael Lucey and his team from the UW Hepatology Department for his years of kindness and care; Dr. Mike Poser and Dr. Sam Poser who looked after Lola's best interest for years; the doctors, social workers and staff at Prairie Ridge and on the B6/6 floor at UW Hospital who helped our family during our most fragile time.
